As part of our weekly pool service, we test the water for balance and add any needed chemicals from our chemical service package.

Clients are always notified of any problems or the need to add water to the pool. Our chemical service package includes an annual charge for spring/summer prep chemicals (Conditioner & Algaecides) billed in March ($120+tax).  

* For the summer months (May-September), there is an additional fee of $35/month for non-salt pools due to increased chlorine costs. However, if the customer provides an extra bucket of tablets during the summer, this fee is waived.  

* For salt pools, salt is charged separately per bag as needed during the hot months.

Heater, motors, computer boards, pumps, filters, plumbing, salt systems, blowers, pool sweeps, lights, fountains, tile, plaster, and decks are all essential components for effective pool maintenance. To ensure everything runs smoothly, consider a chemical service package as part of your regular upkeep. Additionally, for any issues that arise, our pool equipment repairs are available. Don't forget the importance of weekly pool service to keep your pool in pristine condition.

Total breakdown of filter, including grids and cartridges cleaned and inspected. Our chemical service package also entails inspecting manifolds and lubricating O-rings. DE is included if needed. Please note that tank O-rings, new grids, and any broken parts will be charged extra. For optimal performance, filter cleans are recommended every 3-4 months, alongside our weekly pool service and pool equipment repairs.
